Carbon Footprint

Carbon footprint is a measure of the environmental damage caused by human activities in terms of the amount of greenhouse gas produced, also measured in units of carbon dioxide. It consists both the measure of direct CO 2 emissions from combustion of fossil fuels, including domestic energy consumption, transport (eg. cars and aircraft), and the measure of indirect CO 2 emissions associated with the manufacture and ultimately deterioration of the products we use from the entire life cycle. This measurement includes factors like your diet type, buying and recycling habits, energy efficiency criteria in your home, public transport preferences and its frequency, and many other details in your habits and daily life routine help to determine your carbon footprint.
